Sissinghurst

Any visit to Sissinghurst is special. However, this was a flying visit after taking in Dungeness and Great Dixter and it came a third. Not for any reason than it was the last place we visited and we were there for about 40 minutes. It was enough time to see the stunning coloured gardens (White garden just going over) and the Delos. 

The Dan Pearson reimagining was a thing of beauty- I have a passion for Mediterranean planting and though its composition was impressive. I did initially as myself how would it work in its surroundings but it effortlessly assimilates into the garden and feels as natural as the rest of garden. 

A further visit is required.
